This Employee Terms of Use Agreement (the “Agreement”) outlines the expectations and obligations of MSTG employees regarding the use of company hardware, software, and any other technological resources. By accessing or using these resources, you agree to comply with this Agreement.

1. Acceptance of Agreement

You acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use or access MSTG technological resources.

2. Use of Company Technology

• Hardware and Software: You are responsible for using company-provided hardware and software in a manner that is productive to your work and compliant with MSTG policies.
• Internet and Network Use: Ensure responsible use of the internet and MSTG network, avoiding sites or content that are not related to your duties or could harm MSTG’s reputation or operational security.

3. Data Security and Privacy

• Confidentiality: You must protect confidential and sensitive information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
• Data Handling: Follow MSTG’s data handling and storage procedures to safeguard company and client information.

4. Prohibited Activities

• You shall not use MSTG’s technology resources for illegal activities, personal gain, or to harass, intimidate, or discriminate against anyone.
• Installing unauthorized software or hardware, or modifying system configurations without permission is prohibited.

5. Resource Care and Reporting

• Take reasonable care of company technology resources. Report any damage, loss, or security breach immediately to the appropriate department.

6. Monitoring and Enforcement

• MSTG reserves the right to monitor usage of its technological resources to ensure compliance with this Agreement. Violations may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

7. Agreement Updates

MSTG may modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the technology resources after such modifications indicates your agreement to the new terms.

8. Acknowledgment

By using MSTG’s technological resources, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to abide by its terms.
